Global Education in the secondary school Marchettigasse
The students of class 2A and 5A started a photo project in this school year. Via website teenagers in Brazil and Austria exchange pictures to different topics. Pictures of topics like "The view out of my window" or "You are what you like" are presented online so that the students can see and work with these.

Global Curriculum Project Conference

8th of December 2011, Olomouc, Czech Republic
The speakers of the conference were representatives of Czech Development Agency, ARPOK, Südwind and teachers involved in the project. The aim of the conference was to introduce directors and teachers of elementary and secondary schools to the concept of Global Development Education (GDE) on the example of an international project – Global Curriculum.

In this school year the students and teachers of the secondary school Marchettigasse taking part in a photo project with schools in Brazil. The contact was built by the creative teamwork with the Brazilian partner organisation CECIP.

Students of the new middle school Leipziger Platz experienced the exhibition
Several classes of the middle school Leipziger Platz didn't miss the chance and set off to a journey of discovery on three continents. Issues like migration, fair trade and social challenges were discussed.

From 16th till 19th May 2011 every class of the school worked in interdisciplinary lessons to a specific children's right. In the end they did a big presentation performance in front of parents, siblings and friends.

Ce lundi 3 octobre marque la rentrée scolaire et universitaire 2011-2012 au Bénin, occasion pour les écoliers, élèves et étudiants de renouer avec les cours. Dans les écoles partenaires du "Global Curriculum Project", c'est une rentrée qui devrait relancer les activités liées à ce projet à quelques jours de l'organisation de la visite d'étude prévue du 24 au 31 octobre 2011 dans le pays. A toutes et à tous, une bonne renbtrée 2011-2012 !

Weltwoche der interreligiösen Harmonie

Jedes Jahr in der ersten Februarwoche wird die Weltwoche der interreligiösen Harmonie begangen. Mit dieser Woche möchte die UNO zu gegenseitigem Verständnis und interreligiösem Dialog beitragen.
